The domain name gmanline.com was purchased in the spring of 2008 and was developed by Tom Rue free of charge, as a public service, for two candidates who were then running for public office in the Village of Monticello, County of Sullivan, State of New York.

One was Carmen Rue, who was running for Village Trustee, and one was some other guy whose name escapes me at the moment. Campaign material for both candidates has since been replaced with more timely information. Non-partisan, privately funded and hosted, this site's contents are not endorsed or controlled by any candidate or public official (including those for whom the domain name was was originally purchased). Contents of this site are purely the opinion of the writer or writers, artist or artists. With respect to representations of fact, every effort is made to be accurate. If you have evidence to the contrary, please provide it as noted below.

Members of the public are welcome to submit articles or artwork which is relevant to Monticello and consistent with the theme of this site, and it will be considered for possible publication.
